3. Growth Audits & Consultations

Free growth audit applications and 30-minute strategy consultations are offered to legitimate business entities and growth marketing leaders.

• Scheduling & Attendance: Please select consultation slots accurately. If you need to reschedule or cancel, notify us at least 6 hours prior to your slot.
• Non-Transferable: Booking links and consultation slots are generated for the specific applicant and company provided.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on this website—including page wireframes, Growth Hub Knowledge Base SOPs, proprietary funnel frameworks, design tokens, logos, and written materials—is the exclusive property of Graaso.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Growth Hub or website without express written consent.

5. Performance Disclaimers & Limitations

While Graaso engineers high-performing media buying campaigns and conversion systems based on empirical data, past case study results (e.g., 4.2x ROAS) do not guarantee identical outcomes for every business.

Campaign performance depends on external variables, including ad platform policy updates, market demand, product pricing, and inventory fulfillment. Graaso is not liable for third-party ad platform suspensions or sudden algorithmic policy changes beyond agency control.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
